Terms of Service

LexiWatch is an AI-assisted SaaS study aid for learning English from videos. By creating an account, subscribing, or using LexiWatch, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old, or have authority to accept these Terms for yourself or your organization.

Service

LexiWatch lets users import supported video links, view English-first transcripts, generate Simplified Chinese translation support, request AI summaries and explanations, save timestamped notes, and sync learning progress across devices. The service is a digital product delivered online after account access or payment confirmation.

AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. You are responsible for reviewing generated translations, summaries, explanations, and notes before relying on them. LexiWatch is not legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.

Accounts

You sign in with Google and are responsible for keeping your account secure. Do not share access, misuse another account, bypass service limits, or use LexiWatch in a way that infringes third-party rights or violates applicable law.

Plans and limits

The Free plan includes one new video import per calendar month. LexiWatch Pro includes up to 30 new video imports per subscription month. Deleting a video does not restore consumed quota. Current pricing is available at /pricing/.

Billing and automatic renewal

LexiWatch Pro costs US$9.99 per month, plus applicable taxes calculated at checkout. By subscribing, you authorize recurring monthly charges to your selected payment method until you cancel. Waffo Pancake processes subscription payments and tax calculation; LexiWatch does not store full payment card numbers on its servers.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription online from Profile → Manage billing, which opens the Waffo Pancake billing portal. You may also contact support from your registered email if you need help. Cancellation stops future renewal charges. Pro access remains available until the end of the current paid billing period, then your account returns to the Free plan.

Refunds and billing disputes

Because LexiWatch is a digital service delivered immediately, subscription fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law, for duplicate charges, verified billing errors, or material service failure. Refund and access adjustments are reviewed manually. If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us before opening a bank dispute so we can investigate.

Acceptable use

You may use LexiWatch only for lawful learning and personal productivity purposes. You must not use it to generate illegal, harmful, deceptive, infringing, abusive, or malicious content; bypass security or usage limits; resell access without permission; or systematically extract service output to train competing models or services.

Data, privacy, and security

Your use of LexiWatch is governed by our Privacy Policy. We use Google, Cloudflare, Supadata, DeepSeek, and Waffo Pancake to provide authentication, hosting, transcript retrieval, AI features, billing, tax, receipts, invoices, and customer portal access.

Termination and changes

We may suspend or terminate access for material misuse, fraud, security risk, legal requirements, or violations of these Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be communicated by reasonable means before they take effect.
